Our Solutions

The rise in demand for digital services drives the rapid growth of data centers. However, climate change, decarbonization efforts, and increasingly powerful computers present new challenges, requiring more efficient cooling solutions. Productivity and profitability hinge on effective server cooling, with any downtime potentially causing significant financial losses. Reliable cooling is crucial, making XNChiller's air-cooled chillers a preferred choice due to their exceptional performance, reliability, low maintenance, and high energy efficiency, ensuring optimal conditions and minimizing downtime.

Our chillers stand out in their class, offering oil-free Aero-liftTM technology that reduces operating costs and minimizes component count, leading to simplified maintenance. Their rapid startup capability ensures swift and power-efficient cooling of large spaces, even in hot climates, making them an exceptional choice for modern data centers.

Our XNChiller

XNChillers utilize oil-free frictionless compressors with the evolutionary Aero-LiftTM bearing technology, offering an efficient, robust and reliable alternative to magnetic levitation. This design allows the compressor shaft to lift without external power, complex controls, or proximity sensors. It decouples the compressor from the VFDs for a wider operating temperature range and greater flexibility and scalability.

Aero-liftTM technology features a variable-speed frictionless rotor with two stages of compression, each with independent inlet guide vanes, for precise cooling load modulation in all conditions. The high-speed brushless permanent motor ensures superior efficiency and reliability across a wide range of conditions. Advanced control algorithms further boost efficiency, protect against surges, and allow real-time monitoring, making Aero-liftTM bearings durable and efficient for modern chillers.

TIM EMERSON

Vice President of Sales

Tim Emerson began his career in the HVAC industry working for Mammoth, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer designing custom refrigeration and air handling systems. This required detailed knowledge of vapor compression cycles, HVACR system design, control systems, and fluid flow.

Tim utilized his engineering expertise and leadership skills to establish a new division of Mammoth focused on building modular mechanical rooms. He created construction standards, processes, procedures, and trained designers and engineers in mechanical room design during this tenure.

Tim’s technical knowledge and ability to create relationships led to a promotion to DX Sales Manager for Nortek Air Solutions (Mammoth’s parent company). While in this role he cultivated relationships and developed projects with Enterprise, Hyperscale, and Co-location Data Center Clients.

In 2015 Tim was hired as Sales Director for TMI Climate Solutions, a niche manufacturer of automotive air handling units. Quickly Tim was promoted to VP of Sales and Marketing to develop new sales channels and establish a new modular mechanical room division. Within five years, Tim and his team grew the commercial sales division from less than $500k to $30M, filling TMI Montreal’s plant capacity.

Under Tim’s leadership, the modular mechanical division grew from under $1M to $100M in revenue. A critical portion of the mechanical division sales included modular data centers for a large financial institution that consisted of 40% of the backlog.

In 2022 Tim took on the role of Vice President of Mission Critical Sales for XNRGY. Focused on building the infrastructure in engineering, operations, product design, and business development. Since joining XNRGY the Mission Critical division has grown exponentially year over year and Tim is thrilled to now provide chillers to this market through his role as VP of Sales for XNChiller.
